Words cannot express what a fantastic holiday we have had. Even after 2 weeks we still haven't done and seen all the things we wanted to do! Many, many thanks to you for your friendship and hospitality, making us feel so welcome and sharing time with us. We would love to return again. Good luck to you both for 2011.

The view speaks for itself. The cottage is delightful. It is better equipped than any other holiday let I have ever been in. The butcher in St Remy is excellent and the market has a wonderful array of local produce. The walks are superb. Many thanks to our hosts and we hope to see you again.

Dès que je suis entré, j’ai été émerveillé par ce gîte magnifique, la beauté, la simplicité. Ici il y a tout dont on a besoin. Le paysage est magnifique et surtout l’amicable bienvenue de Gary, Andrée qui nous ont offert un acceuil si chaleureux. Merci, merci beaucoup, tout est parfait. Les repas sont tellement délicieux et très bien arrosés. Andrée et Gary sont très bons"cuistauds" [cuisiniers]. Bonne continuation. La Maison de Réflexion, a retreat, a sanctuary! A natural quietness, disturbed only by nature's Grand Prix as the bees race through the lavender and the birdsong awakens our senses of appreciation and humility. C'est parfait. Merci.

Thankyou for the warm welcome, the great food, fresh homemade jam, the good tips, the hospitality and your company. La maison de réflexion [is] one of the most beautiful gîtes we have ever been to and definitely the best equipped one! We will come back to stay with you. We have made some very beautiful walks.

A place you do not want to leave, but at some point you must. Then there is only one solution; to come back again. We did for the third time, and we will again.

Thanks to your warm and welcoming gîte with its splendid "room with a view", to the stunning landscape in which we have made such energetic walks and last but not least to your great hospitality, we had a wonderful summer holiday in Pitelet!

Net als vorig jaar hadden we een prachtig verblijf in uw gîte. We hebbben het weer heel langzaam genomen in vergelijking met ons stressvol leven in België.

This was our first visit to the Auvergne & the view from the gite says it all - beautiful scenery, wonderful walks, abundant wildlife and delightful tranquility. The gite is, without question, the best equipped that we have ever stayed in with everything that could possibly be required.

Thankyou A&G for all the effort you've put in to ensure a very relaxing and memorable stay. We were blown away by the gite & he thought that has gone into it. Delicious food, beautiful walks and scenery, bird-watching. We would love to return and explore more.

This is the best gite we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in a great many over the years!) So beautifully done, thoughtful and well equiped.
